Lung Ha's Theatre Company could not deliver its activities without the support, commitment and time given by its volunteers. We are so proud to see their contributions acknowledged this month at the Abbey Santander Community Service Awards in association with Queen Margaret University and the Volunteer Centre in Edinburgh.
Our volunteers nominated the Company for an Abbey Santander Communty Service Award this year. A donation of £500 was awarded to Lung Ha's Theatre Company with some of our volunteers Rachel Taylor, Nadia Cornuau, Alison Smith and Arran Howie receiving an award themselves. Well done ladies!
We would also like to congratulate Sarah Johnston who has been shortlisted in the Impact Category for the Inspiring Volunteer Award 2008 by the Volunteer Centre Edinburgh. Good luck Sarah, its well deserved.
